Embossed Thank You Card using Vellum

Just a quick post, to share a card I made for Kimber's Saturday Card Sketch Challenge on the Two Peas website. I stamped 'Thank You' onto vellum, and then embossed it with Perfect Pearls. I was really pleased with the embossed sentiment - as it was the first time I had tried this technique on vellum. The card has a much more glittery effect, which didn't show up on the photo.

My Mind's Eye Card

The card I have to share with you today is made using My Mind's Eye scrapbook paper, called Kraft fun day. I really like using the dark card stock and Kraft card that is so popular at the moment. Enjoy!

Female Card with New Leaf Paper Pad

I'm really making good use of the New Leaf paper pad I bought from The Range recently. There are some fab papers in this pad, which are perfect for male cards. The papers have a retro/chic feel to them, and I just love using them! I have two cards to share with you today - a Birthday card which would be suitable for a Dad, Son, Friend, Grandad etc. and a female Birthday card. I don't have a very big selection of stamps at the moment, so I'm making use of what I have. Please leave me a comment, if you have used the papers before or try making my design.
